American Airlines 757 First Class Review from HNL to LAX
This review is of American Airlines First Class service from Honolulu to Los Angeles. I am sure the service on their other Hawaiian destinations from the West Coast would be the same. In a word I felt American's service in First Class on this route is "elevated". From large pillow and blankets and menus given before take-off to being able to pre-order your meal.
