United Complimentary Premier Upgrade Review
This post is actually a follow up from one I wrote two years ago on how it seemed to be getting harder to receive a complimentary premier upgrade (CPU) on United. I have wanted to readdress this topic since last year as getting upgraded in 2013 seemed to be the way it was prior to the Continental/United merger. However, since the first of the year things seem to be back the way they were in 2012.
