My wife and I had the pleasure and good fortune (returned one week before shutdown) to visit French Polynesia in Feb/March 2020. We flew back on Air France mostly because it was a morning departure and allowed us to spend one more night in Tahiti. Alitalia's Medium Haul Business Class is similar to most other European Airlines Intra-Europe flights. Economy Class seats in a 3x3 configuration with the middle seat blocked. I hadn't flown on Alitalia in a while and when I did they did not have the best reputation. So I was looking forward to see what improvements they had made.
